A piece of uncured rubber of specific weight and/or size is placed between two halves of a pre-heated mould. The mould is then closed in a press under an overall pressure of around one ton per square inch. The rubber is heated by conduction from the mould surface, and cures to the shape of the cavity. At Sevitsil we've been doing this for over 30 years.
Silicone Moulded Articles are made from very high quality raw material depending upon the industries and its application which ensures hassle free work performance at its user end. These Silicone Moulded Articles finds its applications in various industrial sectors.
From simple ‘o’ rings and gaskets to more complex parts, we will work with you to ensure the most cost effective and reliable moulding technique is used. This includes designing the mould to ensure that air traps and defects do not affect the quality of your parts.
We offer you products as per your need and requirement, we have the production capacity to fulfil your dream project. We manufacture customized products for you that totally satisfy your need. Silicone Moulded Articles are used in Automotive, Aerospace, Food, Medical, Electrical Sectors, etc. and find application in
Sevitsil moulded silicone bellows are ideal for high temperature and pressure applications, performance of this bellows remains excellent with in operational temperatures from -55°C to +220°C, this bellow can sustain in tough chemical and environmental conditions including ozone & UV rays. We can make different shapes and sizes of bellow such as round, oval, cylindrical, flat tapered and custom shapes also.
Standard silicone inflatable gasket can withstand 2 - 4 kg/cm2 pressure. Sevitsil manufactures inflatable seals in variety of specialist compound such as Fluorosilicone, extreme high temperature.
This platinum cured silicone diaphragms are widely used in pharmaceutical and biotech and biomedical applications to provide high performance for liquid process and its flow control. Sevitsil offered diaphragms are USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards and available in various sizes.
Silicone o-rings are excellent seal materials for high temperatures in static environments. Typically, silicone o-rings show outstanding flex and fatigue life, strong ozone and UV radiation resistance, and physiologically neutral and insulating properties. Silicone o-rings can be synthesized with a wide variety of properties and compositions, allowing for great flexibility in performance.
We also offer o-rings other polymers like Viton, EPDM and Nitrile.
The vacuum generators are suitable for lifting, clamping, mounting and placement applications. The suction bellows cups are suitable for texture or the vacuum generators are suitable for lifting, clamping, mounting and placement applications. The suction bellows cups are suitable for texture or uneven exteriors. The folds, called “convolutions,” offer a collapsible area that enables the cup to rapidly compress when it touches the flat surface.
The single-staged vacuum pumps are low-cost, available in various sizes, and flow along with a selection of suction cups uneven exteriors. The dome valve seal is also known as inflatable dome valve seal or insert seal. Dome valves are more suitable duties and handling chemically aggressive or high temperature materials. They are widely used on pneumatic conveying systems or applications as diverse as fly ash bagging and dispensing food products into containers.
The Dome Valve is unique in its ability to open and close with a tight pressure seal in pneumatic conveying systems for abrasive materials. No other valve can achieve as long of a life in harsh environments like the Dome Valve.
Replacement inflatable seals for dome valves that control the flow of bulk materials in numerous industrial sectors and processes.
Product build up or blinding on vibrating screens is an ongoing challenge in many production facilities, decreasing production and increasing downtime. When deblinding balls are excited in a vibrating separator environment, they release near-size particles that would otherwise clog screens.
In a round separator machine the balls are typically supported by a coarser screen located below the sizing screen. Vertical separator motion bounces the balls between the two screens. You want the proper combination of ball diameter and vertical motion to bounce the balls off the underside of the sizing screen with sufficient force to dislodge near-size particles.
Balls excel at deblinding near-size particles that are jagged or otherwise irregularly shaped. In fact, they typically outperform sliders in such applications. Producers also consider screening balls for use with shear-sensitive products. By themselves, balls tend to migrate to the outer edge of a round screen. As a result, cleaning is sometimes better at the periphery of the screen than at the centre.
A menstrual cup is a type of reusable feminine hygiene product. It’s a small, flexible funnel-shaped cup made of Biocompatible Implantable silicone that you insert into your vagina to catch and collect period fluid.
Silicone Menstrual Cups can hold more blood than other methods, leading many women to use them as an eco-friendly alternative to tampons. And depending on your flow, you can wear a cup for up to 12 hours.
If you’re interested in using a menstrual cup, talk with your gynaecologist. We
offer small and large versions.
To figure out the right menstrual cup size
for you, you and your doctor should consider:
Smaller menstrual cups are usually recommended for women younger than 25 years old who haven’t delivered vaginally. Larger sizes are often recommended for women who are over 25 years old, have given birth vaginally, or have a heavier period.
When you use a menstrual cup for the first time, it may feel uncomfortable. But “greasing” your cup can help make the process smooth. Before you put in your cup, lubricate the rim with water or a water-based lube (lubricant). A wet menstrual cup is much easier to insert.
If you can put in a tampon, you should find it relatively easy to insert a menstrual cup. Just follow these steps to use a cup:
You shouldn’t feel your menstrual cup if you’ve inserted the cup correctly. You should also be able to move, jump, sit, stand, and do other everyday activities without your cup falling out. If you’re having trouble putting in your cup, speak with your doctor.
You can wear a menstrual cup for 6 to 12 hours, depending on whether or not you have a heavy flow. This means you can use a cup for overnight protection. You should always remove your menstrual cup by the 12-hour mark. If it becomes full before then, you’ll have to empty it ahead of schedule to avoid leaks.
To take out a menstrual cup, just follow these steps:
Reusable Silicone menstrual cups should be washed and wiped clean before being reinserted into your vagina, Recommended to boil in water for a while ( in house autoclaving system). Your cup should be emptied at least twice a day. Reusable menstrual cups are durable and can last for 6 months to 10 years with proper care. Throw away disposable cups after removal.
Sevitsil offers textured semi-transparent shade silicone oval bag, which allows to visual checking the patient’s condition, well known as ambu bag also. Silicone masks are offer in three sizes for adult, paediatric and infant/neo along with bag and masks we offer all other silicone component valves.
Exhalation Valves allow the user of the pollution mask to exhale most of their air, back out through the mask.
Exhalation valves are a critical component of pollution masks and respirators. They are designed to permit no inward leakage of air contaminants during inhalation and provide low resistance during exhalation.
When you inhale, the air is blocked, forcing air through the active carbon filter.
These valves are strong, and can be washed. To do this just remove the silicone stopper within the valve. Be careful not to lose this any of the pieces. Due to dirt buildup, washing the valves every time you change your filter will assure that no air is able to get through.
We do suggest you screw the valves as tight as possible, so that they don’t get lost. Be careful not to over twist them as they are a little delicate when forcefully tightened.
Our valves are made from ultra strong PP plastic, and the washable silicone stopper in the valves is guaranteed to block 100% of air when you’re breathing in. When you breathe out even slow or short breaths are pushed out of the mask through the valves.
